Piace of origin: Terontola, in the municipality of Cortona. Vineyards are located in medium-sand soils of Pliocene origin, with a good exposure and located at about 300 m a.s.1.

Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°- 30° C by leaving the skins soaking for 25 days.
Refining: Matured for 14 months in French oak barriques, where malolaptic fermentation takes place. Refined for 6 months in bottles.
Serving temperature: 18° - 20° C
